I called this morning to renew my buildings insurance and Mohamed answered the call with a friendly and helpful tone of voice. Any questions i asked, were fully answered in an understandable manor. Before the end of the call Mohamed, made a check that i fully understood the information and did i need any further help. I found this a very helpful and i was grateful for his consideration

Bought car insurance through MSE and details were verified with a call from Mohamed. Excellent service and easy process overall. A very competitive price too. It was nice to be able to speak with someone direct on the phone as so many insurers now only operate on line and with a 'chat' function. It would have been 5 stars if Mohamed hadn't of insisted on me getting onto public wifi when he called and finding the email from him to then find out it was to do his review. I thought it was to verify my email address or activate the policy. This spoilt it a little in my opinion...
