Sadly the general attitude of the staff was off hand and disinterested and almost dismissive. Having read the paperwork which arrived by email and post, my comments were almost dismissed and a change of annual mileage with a resulting increase in premium was never advised to me - only when I called! Once premium was paid I had to call twice to try and receive emailed paperwork. Neither were ever received although second class post letters were received. Am now very unsure whether I shall use Bedford in the future.

It's my 2nd renewal with Bedford Insurance and I'm equally satisfied. I was so satified that I didn't need to shop around for a better deal. My new insurance infact went down I'm cost.

I was pleasantly surprised by the ultra easy process of taking out a policy with home quote direct 😁 and the best bit was they were by a long way the cheapest which initially rang a few bells but on checking the cover it was actually the same or even better cover than the other bigger companies with the more expensive quotes very happy customer 👍🏻👍🏻
