Pretty straight forward but the the no claims bonus proof had to send paper work a few times before they accepted it ad the paperwork clearly showed that there was 9 years no claims

Having been through the usual search engines looking for a better price, A van comparison site came up with a few alternatives, some not bad and some a little too cheap, after entering the relevant details I had a good quote through. This was followed by an email that seemed strange requesting a check on details having already entered said details and paid. I called and spoke to Mohammad who went back through the details and asked a few obvious questions, finally, I ended up with a far better deal with another company and more cover for tools etc than before plus £200 better off. Thank you for the time spent listening and advising.

Edit 2022 Was always impressed with Bedford insurance, the prices never shot up at renewal, this is the main reason I stayed! Forward 7years prices aren’t as good and seem unwilling to try to match, sadly after 7 years I’ve had to change insurers.
