His polite telephonic manner and professional caring attitude to customers is an asset to Bedford Insurance.
I, unfortunately, cannot say this about Graham’s colleagues whom I have had the misfortune of speaking to on several occasions when Graham was not available. They were abrupt and very rude. I ONLY GIVE THEM ONE*STAR).
