Dissapointed to recieve a call today asking for a further premium of £50. We inherited a van on the back of my fathers I'll health. We have 2 dogs and thought it great to be able to use this for our walks keeping our car clean. This van will NEVER be used for any commercial work, it will NEVER carry tools. Its purely for pleasure purposes. We both have vehicles for personal use. I feel that we have been unfairly treated with the assumption that our van will be used as a 'workie, carrying tools' I work in retail and hubby for the NHS. It's just a van for the dog walks. Dissapointed is an understatement.

Been insured with Bedford for the past couple of years and have to say one of the best insurance companies to deal with. They are very responsive , very professional and very competitive, they take all the stress away from dealing with insurance.

Insured with them 3 weeks and 3 requests for me to call them URGENTLY!(so not knowing if I'm insured or not, I try to call)
Could never get through....then no call back from them even after requesting it!
Nightmare...all over no claims proof which I have time to pass on...which they don't give you.

Further to my previous review in which I expressed my disappointment at not having received a reply to an email which I had sent to Bedford Insurance concerning clarification of my insurance status, I have received a phone call from Bedford Insurance. I am very grateful to Bedford for having explained in the telephone call why I may not have received a reply to my email. I am now sufficiently satisfied to submit a 5 star review. Thank you Bedford Insurance.

Still have not received the insurance disc to put in my car.
In Jersey we will be fined if caught without disc in windscreen.

Pen were the underwiters and their name appears everywhere on the online docs. First I knew it was Bedford as the actual insurers was when I was sent on line feedback form. Could have been more explicit.
