If there is a problem with insurance in the future maybe talking to the customer first before just issuing a cancellation notice in error might be an idea.

Dissapointed to recieve a call today asking for a further premium of £50. We inherited a van on the back of my fathers I'll health. We have 2 dogs and thought it great to be able to use this for our walks keeping our car clean. This van will NEVER be used for any commercial work, it will NEVER carry tools. Its purely for pleasure purposes. We both have vehicles for personal use. I feel that we have been unfairly treated with the assumption that our van will be used as a 'workie, carrying tools' I work in retail and hubby for the NHS. It's just a van for the dog walks. Dissapointed is an understatement.

Insured with them 3 weeks and 3 requests for me to call them URGENTLY!(so not knowing if I'm insured or not, I try to call)

Further to my previous review in which I expressed my disappointment at not having received a reply to an email which I had sent to Bedford Insurance concerning clarification of my insurance status, I have received a phone call from Bedford Insurance. I am very grateful to Bedford for having explained in the telephone call why I may not have received a reply to my email. I am now sufficiently satisfied to submit a 5 star review. Thank you Bedford Insurance.
