Just signed up for my van insurance and they’ve offered a better deal than my previous insurance for the same options I always select.

Awarded a “random security check” on my account within the first few hours after taking Payment, however wasn’t stated before taking payment. Had 3 text messages, few emails and 9 missed calls across 6 days of insurance, to go through the same information you have already stated and checked twice before the check. Check wasn’t that bad just frustrating that you are checking information you have already entered and checked twice before the phone-call and although I entered a one star review and was asked about this on the security check the person wasn’t sarcastic on the phone at all 👀. Wasn’t bad just annoying

Having just had my van written off, thanks to a non insured driver! My old insurance company made the whole process an absolute nightmare and then took 8 weeks to payout. It was a pleasure to speak with Amit,who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had more advice and help from Amit in 30 minutes than the 8 weeks I've had to deal with my insurance company. First time I’ve used this insurance company for my new van and I can truthfully say what an easy, pleasing experience I encountered! Amit answered all questions and was very knowledgeable in replying, plus with his knowledge of the product I required he saved me an extra £39.
Over all experience of this insurance is excellent with exceptional staff. Highly recommended 5 stars all the way!

All good till had to call to confirm details then cost me an extra £100 and told will have to pay extra for change of number plate which they could not tell me how much? So dreading it when I do change the plate
