Although the initial quote stage was really simple. When they request any fruther documentation, they send out an email request to call them with the titel ACT NOW. I appreciate that in some circumstances additonal paperwork is required, i feel once email for all documentation requests should be sent. On day 2, i have been sent 10 emails.
