I rang to renew my home insurance and spoke with George Varney who answered the phone quickly and then took me through the necessary security questions, checked for any need to change the policy and took my payment in just a few minutes. All very professional and efficient. I had previously spent a good 30 minutes on MoneySupermarket.com and RightSure's offer was about £40 cheaper than the best quote I found. So, while I have had very bad experiences with policy renewals (big price increases for no real reason), it was not so with RightSure. Well done Team!

George phoned, however I called him back as you can't be too sure of scams nowadays!! He was polite and helpful, wanted to check all the details were correct before we took out the insurance. My wife was added as a named driver which reduced the premium! Very pleased.
