What a breath of fresh air. I took a new policy out with RightSure through a comparison website which was straight forward with only one issue I noticed once I had completed payment. The policy start date had been preset 3 days later than needed due to the expiry of my previous policy with another company. When I spoke to George regarding this it was amended hassle free! All I will say is I've had the same issue a few years back with a different company, to which they couldn't or wouldn't change the start date so I had to cancel and start again.
