I received my car insurance renewal from Aviva and it was up by 60% on last years figure. I did the usual rounds of Insurance providers including Go Compare, Compare the Market and Confused.Com as well as those that don't advertise on such sites. In all three of the comparison sites Right Sure appeared first or nearly first of those that offered the least expensive premiums. Having never heard of RightSure I telephoned them to get a bit of background into the company and found that it had been established since the 60's and specialised in providing value for money policies. I was put through to Amit in the new business department who once it was established I had a quote from a comparison site stated he was happy to honour that quote. He was very helpful and answered my queries confidently. I went ahead with the quote and he sent me a letter and various other documents relating to the quote by email almost immediately. I paid the premium which was £250 less than Aviva and within seconds a further email arrived with all my insurance documents including a certificate of insurance. Amit stayed on the line until I confirmed I had received them.
They always say the proof of the pudding is in the eating but I hope in this case I will not have to take a bite and call upon the services of RightSure until next years renewal.

£300 cheaper on car renewal than Aviva my present insurer. Efficient - found them on confused.com and supplied details there. Efficient and brief back up call from Mohamed at Right Sure to confirm details - job done. Will get them to quote for other insurance policies as they fall due! 25 years no claims, £1,000 excess, clean driving record, 2k miles a year driving at 20mph around London so how do Aviva think that's worth £900 up from £600 last year?

Lewis Maloney was a great help today, it’s probably the fastest van renewal I have had in a while. It was smooth and not as complicated as my first time.
