I called other day to sort my insurance quote with you guys I spoke to Mohamed Mulji who was really helpfully got everything sorted quickly . One of my pet hates is being stuck on the phone to some idiot running on and on reading from a script . however he made the experience change my opinion as was friendly and sorted everyone quickly . however if I ever have to call in the future I’ll ask for him as I know he will sort any issue I may have .

Took out Van insurance for the company and had to call to confirm the details over the phone before the policy could be activated (minus 1 star for the inconvenience). However, I spoke to a very polite and friendly person called George who was able to go through all the details with me over the phone pretty quickly once I had passed security.
