I boutgh my insurance online and chose this company as there proposal exactly fitted my requirements, needless to say they also came up as the cheapest policy available. this was purchased over the weekend, i was contacted promptly on monday morning and advised that i had over estimated my mileage useage by a senior account handler, Graham Cronk who after some swift calculations and some streamlining of my estimations, gave me approximately 20% refund (£131.00). needless to say i am absolutely delighted i chose thise company, i have had a great price and brilliant customer service
