Had a conversation with George today. I hadn’t received my email renewal quote (for some technical reason??? my end) however, George sent me the docs within minutes of our chat which went promptly into my junk folder, again something technical no doubt.
Premium had almost doubled eeek !!! However nothing we can do about that. I have been with this company over 8 years now and always received fair and honest service. Thank you George and to your colleagues.

I’m an electrical contractor and I have renewed my insurance with RightSure today and though the premium has increased dramatically this is in my opinion across the board because we live in rip-off UK and the price of everything has shot up and continues to increase with no end in site, especially with the cost to EV vehicles accident repair bills compared to traditional vehicles along with EV fires, this has increased premiums for everyone.
Anyway Sunny who was processing my renewal was very thorough and professional whist guiding me through the validation process making sure I understood any thing I wasn’t sure about, ha called me back on numerous times and it’s nice to deal with a company that has good customer service, well done.

We have used Rightsure for many years for multiple vehicles and have always found the service to be very good. Mohamed renewed a policy for us today and nothing was too much trouble. He even emailed a manager to see if he could help at all with the premium. Excellent service again.

I have purchased insurance for my pickup truck online, unfortunately i have to contact customer support to do data check. I’m glad I did this because person from insurance help me resolve some issue with my insurance and no claim discount. Amit was great person and very knowledgeable with all aspects of insurance.
