It's ok but nothing special, it like a lot of shopping centres needs some upmarket shops and eateries.

Great shopping centre, I would call it the heart of Epsom. It can get really busy at peak times and weekends, as can the car park attached.

There is a good selection of shops here ranging from the body shop to sports direct, house of Fraser and several mobile phone shops. Located approximately a 3-5 minute walk from the train station

Small shopping centre in Epsom town centre easy to get by with multi-storey car park.

Quite a few shops. Layout is a bit odd. Smallest HoF we have seen. Fits nicely with the rest of Epsom which is always worth a visit with a very active high street.

My god the lifts to the car park are slow when there are lots of people.
Also the car park machines don't accept credit cards (on the 5th floor at least), so bring some small change.
4th floor accepts cards incl contactless.

Car park spaces are tight, so don't bring the SUV, and opt for a standard saloon instead.

No parent and child spaces AFAIK

Quite a variety of different stores, with prices depending on the specific shop, but you will find affordable books, art supplies, and there is also a crystals shop closer to one of the entrances/exits.

Lovely choice of shops. Lot quieter than Kingston and so very clean

Great place but right now one of the lifts are out of order - so quite a challenge for those that struggle with stairs. Parking bays in the centre car park are small for most midsized cars and they use the tocken system instead of a parking card ticket which is a little annoying :) no free parking like Bluewater
