I received an extraordinary level of support through FSB Care. I'd been experiencing severe pain in my hip for some time and was waiting ages for an NHS appointment. Thanks to the FSB, I spoke to a wonderful nurse, Caroline, who helped me consider various options and to work out what was best for my situation. In the end, she arranged for me to see an excellent local physiotherapist and I made phenomenal progress within a couple of weeks. The cost was covered by the FSB, too. This is an incredible benefit - both the medical cover itself and the genuine care demonstrated by people like Caroline.

Had a Review of our FSB Membership account with membership Advisor Anita Johnson today and was amazed at the value membership provides to SME's . As a retired member of the FSB I was still able to use their valuable benefits. I was devastated to loose my beautiful daughter and thought my world had come to an end. Fortunately I remembered the FSB Care service and what was offered. Through RedArc I was able to avail of their bereavement counselling to help me through this terrible time. I found Joy Littler from the nursing team to be so warm, helpful and understanding, and for this reason I began to see some light again. Of course the pain will always be there, and Joanna will leave a big gap in my life forever. Joy has helped me to go forward and hopefully learn to manage the grief.

FSB Care has been one of the greatest benefits a member could have (the others are pretty good too!). Having had a rough time, the support given via the Care Team has been phenomenal - better than I ever could've imagined and worth so much more than the annual membership fee. FSB is a real eye-opener!
There is so much value that you simply won't have enough time to explore it all fully. What you do use will repay your small subscription fee many times over. Within 3 months we had more than paid for 2 annual memberships in savings and priceless peace of mind. A month later the strategies we had implemented as a result of joining were bringing in new revenue as well.

I rarely need the services of the FSB, but on the occasion when I did, due to a employment law matter, they were excellent. I received clear advice that helped me to deal with my problem and which reduced my anxiety enormously.

My local regional development manager, Stuart Hallett has been very helpful at connecting me with a very experienced marketing consultancy partnership. There is a great relationship building between my small business and this new venture as they are moving into the sustainable business space.
Outside of this, I have benefited from the FSB connection with local councillors and have been invited to join a regional policy development forum with a focus on the Environment. I am happy to contribute to the formulation of some progressive policy and business recommendations. Especially in the area of hemp, carbon sequestration and new product development using natural materials.

In the many years I've been an FSB member, I've attended countless events (in person and, more recently, online), and made a number of valuable business contacts.
FSB representatives are always happy to help, and have also provided invaluable insight over the past 15 months during COVID-19 (the FSB themselves have also undertaken considerable lobbying on behalf of small businesses during lockdown, which has ensured we received much-needed financial assistance from the government).
I'm delighted with the service and benefits provided by the FSB, and renew every year without hesitation.
