Joined the FSB after some umming and arring. Straightaway I more that saved our annual fee with better insurance rates and reduced worldpay fees. For that alone it was worth it. The legal support has also proved useful as well. It is nice to know they are behind our small family enterprise with some expertise that otherwise would be difficult and expensive to access.

Brilliant organisation for the small business. Where else can you go and get free banking, legal related matters, networking and to meet great people for a small fee each year. Been a member for 10 years plus and would highly recommend the FSB and have done on numerous occasions to other small business.

The FSB has been great supporting my small business and myself with my employees, the FSB has allowed me to have the correct legal documents in place for my staff, we have also used the legal help line on a few occasion with first class help advice and support. #FSBconnect is also a great way to network with other businesses and members in your region too. The self service allowed to take as little or as much as you like too.

Highly recommend joining FSB if you are a small business , they are our go to advice line . They have an excellent Legal helpline that has always helped us to deal with matters arising in our business especially on employment legal matters .

I joined the FSB a few years ago and really feel that the annual fee is well worth it. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if I have any legal queries or business questions that I can pick up the phone and speak to someone knowledgeable. As a micro-SME (less than 10 people) we use it for personnel advice, and occasional legal advice, and it has saved me a great deal of time and effort dealing with complicated regulations over the years.

So far i haven't used FSB for any of their services. But that it my fault due to time constraints. Lots of email with opportunities to help small business in different ways. I will be looking at our insurance which is due to see if they can get it cheaper for me.

Very good value for money with a useful range of services, even leaving aside FSB's campaigning on issues that affect small businesses. Free advice from FSB legal services earlier this year made it easy to defend a spurious court claim of £6,790.88 against us, which was dismissed with an award of expenses in our favour. Also this year, FSB insurance at an annual premium of £5,456.88 saved us £1,278.40 (or 19%) compared with a renewal quotation of £6,735.28 from our existing provider.

Great support - useful information, updates on new legislation etc. I used the legal helpline once and it saved me a lot of money. Also the security of help if you ever have a tax inspection is extremely valuable.

We've been members for many years and in the early years there were regular meetings and events. However, in recent years there has been nothing. And the subscription has gone up quite a lot over the years. I have been considering cancelling it.

Add to that a second-to-none, top quality legal support helpline with very quick, detailed advice on all sorts of legal problems, backed up by rock-solid guarantees, that also would warrant the membership fee alone.
