Having moved from Suffolk to Cornwall I re-joined the FSB and received an online guided tour of the FSB website from Mark Turland, Appointment Co-ordinator. Mark was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the support and many benefits of FSB, some of which were of total surprise in a good way as a Business owner. I would encourage all FSB new members to take the time to go through the guided tour to understand more of all the aspects of support and guidance the FSB offers.

I have used FSB for the last 4 years but didn't know any of the benefits as I only took it out to get a discount on using the WorldPay machine that we took on from the previous owners. I met some lovely ladies at the Trade Show in Westpoint, Exeter and they arranged for Charlotte to give me a call and give me an introductory call explaining all the benefits. She was so lovely and explained everything to me, I will definitely be staying with FSB and will now start to use their benefits. Thank you.

Joining the FSB has saved me thousands of pounds, enabled my business to grow and let me meet good friends and colleagues, and customers. My membership all those years ago was well worth it and being a member of the FSB continues to be worthwhile.

I was lucky enough to win a years subscription to the FSB, they have been amazing especially Adele at RedArc. I’ve had some personal issues and they have been amazing and even now check up on me!

I’ve also called about employee information and they have gone out of their way to send me a full list of information I needed. Honestly very impressed.

I will be seriously considering continuing my subscription further this year.

I had a meeting with Justin where he was meant to provide me with information about FSB and the different benefits as a member. I was surprise to learn about all the incentives that member have. Justin was very knowledgeable and on top of the game. The meeting lasted about 45 min as Justin took the time to explain every bit. I feel happy to have joined fsb.

As I am a new member, I was booked in for an hour introduction about the FSB website. Mark was professional, informative and supportive throughout the phone call. I have been a member of the FSB since 2008 and until the last couple of weeks, I had little idea of the resources that are available for business owners. I have recently been in need of professional advice over a personal tax issue and although I did find most HMRC staff polite (when I finally got through), they were not able to provide me with the guidance I needed. I contacted FSB thinking that they may not be able to help but within a few hours, I was speaking with tax experts who were able to at least help me to answer some of the questions I had and point me in the right direction. I was truly surprised and highly grateful as trying to deal with issues such as tax can be challenging without the necessary know-how. I have since spent some time searching the FSB website and found even more useful resources such as webinars and a countless number of articles covering a wide spectrum of business-related subjects. I cannot recommend FSB highly enough.

I have recently accessed FSB care to support me with a back problem. The nurse I dealt with was just superb, pulling out all the stops so that I could use my practitioner of choice.

I recently accessed bereavement counselling and found the telephone and email support I was given to be very supportive and sensitive. My needs were very specific and time was taken to find the right counsellor for me. It was much appreciated at a very difficult time.

I would happily recommend membership of the FSB, we've used different aspects of their services over the years from template policies to attending the self-care webinars, so even just using those 2 services we feel we get value for money.
However, at a refresher session on member benefits with the lovely Ness, we soon learned we are only using a tiny fraction of the services they offer - as well as the legal hub services, they also offer discounts on insurance and broadband services and currently have over 600 training courses to choose from too as well as lots of other benefits. If you've not checked in and assessed your membership services for a while then I'd recommend you do, you too could be missing out on so much!

November 2022, I joined the FSB and was given a welcome visit by Charlotte Dyson-Lee. She was a bright and delightful woman to talk to, provided a thorough and interesting welcome visit to the FSB.
I would gladly recommend the FSB to any new businesses starting out and if Charlotte is the one introducing you to the organisation, you are in very confident and capable hands.

I have just completed an online tour of FSB's website with Charlotte Dyson - Lee who was very patient with my sluggish broadband and slowness to find various items, but I have now a very good idea of what the organisation offers which is very helpful - thank you Charlotte.... it is an impressive support and very well facilitated which I will certainly be exploring in relation to issues affecting my business as and when the needs arise.

This was my first time at this group today (Yorkshire and Humber networking) The group were very friendly and real. The meeting was well run by Paula Gouldthorpe and i made some good connections. I find the fsb online net working really good for meeting new people and business.
