There is something very special within this FSB space. You dont have to ring a bell to prove your worth but if you do want to, there is space to do so.

It was made clear to me right from the beginning what to expect and so far I have not been disappointed.
Everyone within is keen to deliver quality service and make people feel welcome.
If you need legal support.... Its there.
If you need Health support.... its there.
If you need business advice..... its there.
If you need a shoulder to cry on......its there.
The time has flown and I have learnt so much from others and it has been good to hear about what others do 'out there'.
One isnt left alone so if anyone is wondering what to do speak with another member or jump on for free to get a feel of how the excellent moderators stage the meetings.
One member asked me to do some work for him and he kindly commented that I did more for him in 2 hours than one company that sounds like Dougal has done in 3 months. Business like this wouldnt have happened had it not been for the FSB. Thank you and for those who get on board......Enjoy the ride.

This service is so valuable - I had an existing condition with my knees and was paying for physiotherapy, however, FSB Care agreed to cover 6 sessions - saving me £240! Very promptly dealt with and seamless processing, and they also rang me a few times after I had some sessions to see how I was doing!

I specifically joined FSB as a member as they were offering a webinar for disabled entrepreneurs and the barriers we face. Sam Holliday expertly facilitated the webinar and I found all the presenters offering wisdom, reassurance, and inspiration, which I really appreciated. I was lucky enough to get a place on the FSB's webinar on "Get it right with image copyright" a couple of days ago. It was excellent. I came away far more informed about the subject. The speakers and host made it friendly and relatable. I would highly recommend this organisation.

I have only been a member of the FSB for a short time but have been so impressed with the range and quality of the services - most of which I had no idea they provided before i joined. Their range of information provision, especially though webinars, is outstanding and the webinars are professionally organised and facilitated. The well-being services too are excellent and easily accessible and I would highly recommend the FSB and the quality of the wonderful services they provide.

I've just joined FSB! I've been dialling into various webinars that FSB's hosted. Actually, that's something I really liked, the fact that I could access the webinars for free, even though I wasn't a member. It gave me a feel for what they are about, and the value they offer small business owners. I'm just starting out on my self-employed journey and FSB was recommended to me as well, so coupled with my positive experience and the recommendation, I went ahead and had a call with Anita. She was really helpful and I was pleasantly surprised at all the services they offer their members, a 'one-stop-shop'. So, it was a 'no-brainer' really, and I'm now a member! Anita was amazing highlighting resources that would be particularly pertinent for me not just at the beginning of my business journey but useful resources for further down the line when I'm properly established. She walked me through how to sign-up, showed me around the website, and talked me through installing/setting up the app as well. I'm really pleased I'm now a 'proper' FSB member and having someone onboard me and talk me through everything was a bonus! Great experience.

Worth every penny! I have attended loads of virtual events so far this year with FSB since joining which has been great for connecting whilst being a small start up working from home. Such a friendly organisation with so many user resources including the legal hub!

I wish I signed up with this from the get go when setting up by business. The FSB provide much more than a platform to network. They provide a multitude of documentation and services for your small business to make life much easier. Anita on-boarded me and took me through a small percentage of what the FSB could for me (which is a huge number of services) and I was left feeling very re-assured.

I was unsure of the FSB when first approached but I thought I had nothing to lose to listen to what they had to say. They are now an absolute no brainer for me and my business. I’m financially better off through cheaper and better insurance through their team, and also the free banking with the coop. I have utilised some of the different aspects that come with the membership, which has helped with things such as chasing late payments and some legal questions I had. The support provided by the staff at the FSB is absolutely second to none, and they are a real credit to the organisation. I have not had to contact them often, but when I have they have been first class in their service, knowledge and commitment to helping me. Only recently one of their team suggested I apply for a covid grant I was not aware of, and then helped me appeal the original decision and get it over turned, which has been great for my business. I couldn’t speak highly enough of them, keep up the good work.

I found out about the FSB from a military resettlement briefing and have just joined following a discussion with Anita (membership advisor). She took the time to listen to my situation and needs, then explained the relevant information and services. Once registered, I was given a tour of the online sections - which have already triggered ideas and possibilities as well as prompting areas I need to address. The app integration looks fantastic and I feel the presentation and organisation of the site is excellent.
By taking her time and actively listening to me, I feel I have received valuable advice and I am pleased to now have access to the FSB resources and support.

I was apprehensive about joining FSB, 1. Because of the yearly fee and 2. I thought it would not benefit my business in any way. How wrong I was!
The email contact, hub, newsletters, Business Bitesize updates and podcasts are all very informative and guide me in the tricky landscape the business world is currently facing.
I've had excellent communication for anything I've needed assistance with. This includes: in depth H & S advice, guidance on effective T'c & C's and most recently support not only for me but the wider community where my bricks and mortar store is located assisting with an ongoing project.
I'm happy to be a member of FSB and I know I'm not quite taking advantage of all the things on offer, the networking and webinars are in my sights, but there are simply not enough hours in the day!
If you need any help with your small business, I highly recommend joining FSB.

As a member of the FSB I was able to access nursing care through RedArc, an independent service that can help see you through medical issues, as a long Covid sufferrer Red Arc have been in contact with me on a regular basis to see where they can help and advise, they have also sent through numerous articles in order to help my recovery, a great service
