We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property £50k less than what The Personal Agents did. They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly. Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion, and she would reply to our emails very quickly, and was always on top of what was happening on both sides. Will definitely be going to them when selling again

Samantha has been extremely proactive and helpful in selling our property, which was not the case when dealing with other agents previously. Although it has been a longer-than-expected process, Samantha persevered throughout and has always been professional and great at communicating. Adam Latter communicated swiftly and efficiently by email and arranged a viewing within hours of my request. He turned out in the pouring rain and was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My first 2 contacts were with Bradley Snape, Lettings Manager who was also really helpful. Whilst we weren't needing any help with lettings at that time he pointed us in the right direction and made sure things happened. He was really friendly over Xmas when we popped in and then picked up emails and got everything moving. Great teamwork between the 2 offices. Highly recommend.
