I am very please with the service the Personal Agent provided myself and partner in finding a new property to rent. 'Matthew' was very professional from our initial meet. He allowed us to view the property and remained distant outside due to the Covid Restrictions. He also communicated our needs to the Landlord so that the property was in the condition we wished for. 'Matthew' also allowed us to visit the property at short notice before we move in so that we could take measurements. The process to move in and complete all paperwork has been very good. Definitely, recommend the Personal Agent to perspective Tenants, Buyers and Sellers.

The Personal Agent found me a wonderful tenant on Day 1 of promotion and despite lockdown.starting the following day, they moved in as planned in mid May when they were permitted to. I'm very happy with the service.
