We were very impressed with The Personal Agent, the key word being ‘Personal’. Over the course of our viewings we got to know the team and as a result they got a real feel for the kind of property we were looking for. We dealt primarily with Joe who was very proactive in suggesting properties and very quick at replying to any questions. They were also very accommodating when in came to squeezing in viewings to suit our availability.<br><br>On a more general note, The Personal Agent had a strong presence in the areas we were interested in and seemed to have a relatively high turnover of properties with few coming back to the market.<br><br>We’d like to thank Joe, Chris, Adam, Morgan, Sian and anyone else from the team not mentioned here for their help!

Kate Murphy, the Property Manager has been outstanding. Her communication with all involved parties has made our experience of letting and meeting all of the challenges we faced with an insurance claim very smooth and effortless. All of the personal agent team have been very helpful, and they have always been clear about what is happening and how things are going to be addressed. We really do feel that we are in safe hands, and we highly recommend their services from purchase to property management.

Estate agents quite often get a bad reputation for being untrustworthy and unreliable - just telling potential buyers or sellers what they want to hear, rather than the truth. But we found The Personal Agent to be the complete opposite. We had a couple of situations where our offers sadly fell through due to issues further up the chain and Chris and Joe really took us under their wing and we are so grateful to them for doing so. In the end, they were able to find and secure a property for us which was so much better than what we originally thought we were going to purchase and were fab throughout the whole process. Genuine, honest, knowledgeable, hard working and kind people, who really go out of their way to help you. We are hopefully staying put for a while now, but when the time comes to sell, we would wouldn’t think twice about using The Personal Agent again. Thanks again Chris and Joe - you’re superstars!

Have been using Adam Latter to help my wife and I search for our new home. After just one viewing, Adam understood exactly what we were after and gave some sound advice of the areas most likely to have what we are looking for. Nice, genuine and knowledgable. Andrew came to our house on a Wednesday to value it and by Friday had 16 viewings arranged for the Saturday.
Absolutely amazed at that as there was no time to take photos or advertise it.
Dan was dealing with us and gave an excellent service. Professional, communicative and really on the ball.
Suzi did the viewings and again she too was professional, friendly and we knew our house was in good hands.
We were offered asking price by a buyer with no chain on the Monday. Excellent!

Great experience at our recent property viewings with this agency and particularly with agent Chris Shaw. Chris was really professional from the beginning to the end of our visit. I was really impressed at how professional and knowledgeable about the property Chris was. We had all the necessary information provided and ALL our questions answered which has proven to be extremely rare in the current market..!<br><br>Most of the other estate agencies / agents we dealt with lately would tell us from the start that they had no knowledge about the properties they’re showing and were only appointed to replace one of their colleagues to do the viewing which was frustrating and a waste of time..<br><br>So thank you for standing out and showing care to prospects buyers.
