Would recommend doing business with The Personal Agent, Epsom. Team are professional and pleasant to work with ensuring the process kept moving for us and genuinely worked with our enquiries and requests rather than a false sense of sincerity. Really represent the personal in their name that is often lacking in the industry. Only good experiences to date.

I have been with the Personal Agent now for over a year - albeit I was let down by the first landlord, Ria and Lily at Epsom helped smooth the way to the beautiful home I am now in. Their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness helped greatly. Although Kerrie initially showed the property, I have had more dealings with these two lovely ladies. Thanks Joe for asking me to comment.

Joe and the team at Personal Agent have been fantastic from start to finish during the process of renting our flat. From the moment we were shown around our prospective property we knew they really had the 'personal' touch. Joe in particular has always been absolutely first class in helping me with my millions of questions! They're very prompt with replies, professional and well informed. We feel very confident with Personal Agent being great managers of our property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When we've visited in branch everyone was so polite and friendly, they all made us feel welcome. Paperwork was dealt with in a very effective way and organised well. Very pleased overall and we be telling our friends and family what great Estate Agents they are.

Myself and my partner turned to the personal agent after numerous problems with other letting agents, Joe was fantastic. Your relationship management skills in my view are outstanding and i wanted to let you know this. More often than not this skill is over Looked in your industry for hard sales, when in fact this does not often work.

100% Excellent! I can't recommend highly enough. Not only did they surpass expectations in getting people through the door and keeping us updated at all times, they truly came into their own after we accepted an offer. I've bought and sold about a dozen properties over the years and normally once the offer's in it's a case of you having to chase the agent to get updates. Not so here. Chris Titchener their Sales Progression guy was Absolutely Brilliant and couldn't have worked harder and kept us in the loop constantly. Definitely Recommend.

I am very happy with the service that i received from Ria, Jo and Kerrie-Ann at the Personal Agent (Lettings office) in Epsom. They provided excellent advice and support to me when renting out my property in Epsom.
