Anna was very professional. We were running late for our viewing and she happily waited for us at the property. When showing us around she was very thorough with her descriptions of key features of the property, highlighting potential areas for future development. I preferred that she had a paperless system as I always find it distracting when being handed a brochure during a viewing. Overall Anna’s approach to the viewing was excellent and extremely informative.

We had a great experience with The Personal Agent Stoneleigh branch. Listing our property and arranging the photography was simple and efficient, and we were very fortunate to secure a buyer within the first week of marketing. Myles was helpful and efficient in keeping things moving along as the sale progressed, and in dealing with a couple of complications that arose as we neared exchange, all leading to a successful completion and stress-free moving experience (or at least as stress-free as it's possible for moving to be!). Recommended.

Sam was great as liaison. He was handling my purchase and kept me well informed, assisted with enquiries and also assisted when helping to manage other parties who, at the time, were being difficult. I would have scored higher however on a broader note operations at the Personal Agency would benefit from improvement. PA were handling several other links in the chain. However often one agent didn't know what the other had said / agreed, answers weren't forthcoming and frequently they weren't communicating with my agent which meant I had phone up to keep information flowing.
