Just sold my property with Personal agent and we have been really pleased with the whole experience . So pleased with the professional experience of Accompanied viewings through to constant updates on feedback . All the team have really worked hard to get us sold to get the best possible results. Once our sale was agreed Sarah Goddard was on top of the progression and worked hard between solicitors and buyers to get to exchange . This is my 2nd experience with personal agent and would highly recommend .

Adam at the Personal Agent in Epsom has really taken the time to listen to what we are looking for in our next purchase which makes such a difference as it’s frustrating when properties completely outside of our interest (and catchment especially!) are pushed and promoted from other agencies. He has taken the time to highlight key aspects that are important to us at the properties viewed so far and he is a genuinely lovely person to deal with.

We had a different wagency validate our house before getting The Personal Agent in and they validated our property £50k less than what The Personal Agents did. They were super efficient and helpful with viewings and the property was sold pretty quickly. Samantha was then allocated to help us reach completion, and she would reply to our emails very quickly, and was always on top of what was happening on both sides. Will definitely be going to them when selling again

Samantha has been extremely proactive and helpful in selling our property, which was not the case when dealing with other agents previously.
