We interacted with Adam and Chris on arranging a viewing of a house at a convenient time, making an offer and then having that offer accepted and having guidance on the next steps after that. Both Adam and Chris were extremely helpful, very clear on communication, and timely, not leaving us in the unknown at any moment of time. I particularly appreciated Adam’s call before end of a working day to give me an update on where we were. Thank you guys, you are stars!

Samantha and the team at the Banstead branch have been amazing. I haven't gone through a sale of a property before and they have been very supportive and knowledgeable through the whole process. I thought the viewings would be overwhelming, but they managed the process professionally and calmly; I just had to leave the house (my choice), the rest was taken care of. The subsequent offers submitted were also completely managed by the team and I felt informed at every stage.
