It's rare to find a good estate agent. These guys are possibly the only one we've come across that care about buyers, sellers and the market overall.
Their properties are always in great condition, match our search requirements and are fairly valued so they don't clog up the market.

I can honestly say The Personal Agent were fabulous from start to finish and all of the in between on the sale of our home.
From meeting Richard and Ray when we first enquired, to having Chris Shaw as the person dealing with the sale.
They all made it special, but I would like to give extra thanks to Chris, I definitely found him to be so personable, helpful, unbiased and just all round a man who certainly knows his stuff. Nothing was ever too difficult and he kept us in the loop for the whole journey.
The Personal Agent are the go to Estate Agent for our local area for a reason. I highly recommend them.

Callum was very easy to communicate with and was quickly able to get us booked into view a property. There was a small issue with the LL on the day which resulted in a delay (outside of Callum's control) and despite the stressful situation he remained incredibly upbeat, personable and helpful throughout the viewing.

Callum Kirby is extremely helpful and responsive if you are looking to let in the Epsom area. We signed up with several agents and Callum at the Personal Agent was one of only two that actually ever followed up with us again, and he consistently sent us listings and set up viewings, on properties he thought would be a good fit.
