Chris made everything so easy for us as we are moving from London, we explained all our needs and schedules and he made it easy for us, he was very efficient, replied all our emails on time. I remembered one Saturday we were running late to meet up at the property and he waited past his hours just to accommodate us and help us with all our enquires
I told him when I am ready to buy a property he definitely will be my agent, his customer service was A*

Callum and Chris have both been very friendly, patient and approachable from the start of the process through to key handover day! The personal agent staff have very good communication skills and always use a friendly approach- they are always available to deal with any queries and they have been very flexible. Reason for not quite reaching 5 stars - we would have really liked the the inventory for the tenants to go through and check thoroughly on the move in day, unfortunately it was not ready. Callum did his best to chase this up on that day without any luck. Thank you for all your help in securing a place to live in Epsom.
