I found the services of the personal agent to have been brilliant. Director Richard made me feel that my decision to go with the personal agent was valued and I have been looked after in the most professional way. Excellent service throughout. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the local area and the differences and similarities between our house and others nearby. He provided realistic valuation with a clear range of what we might expect to sell for in a range of circumstances which gave us the clarity we needed to move forward with our purchase. The Personal Agent service was exemplary; they were professional throughout and they significantly more efficient, engaging and effective than other agents in the local area.

Sadly the vendor was rather difficult to work with so we had sympathy for Kate/John/Tom, who had the unfortunate task of acting as intermediaries between us and the vendor. They approached everything well and were all a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Thank you all for helping us secure our wonderful home!

During the period fighting covid 19 we received no assistance in previewing property in real or handover of which nor tenancy registration to Council. This has disappointed us a bit.
