Ray and Chris at the Personal Agent in Epsom provided a first-class service in selling our Dad’s property, which was a bespoke sale requiring a certain type of buyer, given it is a Grade II listed cottage. They also helped us find the right property for my Dad to move into. They managed the process from start to finish between the entire chain ensuring everyone was kept informed, they were easy to get hold of when we needed to speak to them and they provided trusted advice.
