I never ended up purchasing through The Personal Agent but out of all the agents that I dealt with Paul was the most friendly and knowledgeable agent out of the lot he came across honest and whenever we wanted to view a property he had it arranged immediately a pleasure to deal with and would strongly recommend.

We have just exchanged on our new home after what I can only describe as one of the bumpiest rides in house buying, our previous house fell through and then we had to find another property etc ....which has drawn out the process, through all of this I can honesty say that Andrew at PA has kept supporting us with a calm, reassuring attitude, always on the end of the phone even to listen to a rant !! ...excellent service.
