Andrew, Richard and Rupert - We've not spoken before but just wanted to send a note to thank Tom and Carlo for their efforts whilst we were looking for a property in Epsom. A few weeks ago we had an offer accepted on 54 xxxxxx and are absolutely delighted with the professionalism that both Tom and Carlo showed every time we had any contact with them. They came across as knowledgeable about the local area, were enthusiastic about helping us find the right property, and kept us regularly updated with new properties that came on the market. In addition, always friendly, approachable and efficient.
We are now in the next stages of the house buying process working with Chris, and look forward to everything continuing to progress quickly and smoothly.

Joe and the team at Personal agent have provided an excellent service. They made the stressful process of moving house much easier and I have been particularly impressed with how quickly they have dealt with questions and paperwork. Now we have finally exchanged contracts, I would like to thank you for all the excellent work you did to secure a sale on our property. There are two other people who have been outstanding, firstly Emily at the Stoneleigh office who has been great all the way through, but I must say a very big thank you to Paul from the Stoneleigh office who went above and beyond when we lost our house on the first occasion. He really has been superb, and would you please pass on my thanks to them. I am immensely grateful to them both.

Just wanted to say thank you for all your hard work, perseverance and determination to find us a property in Epsom with Personal Agent. It has been a long time coming since our first house purchase at Church Road fell through May 2012. Thank you for always contacting us whenever suitable properties became available and keeping your eyes peeled for us. We were beginning to give up hope especially last March when a property we were buying with another agent fell through at the last minute! We are glad that we have found a property with The Personal Agent and that this time the whole process has been alot smoother. Stacey looked after me. I was registered with another few local letting agents, but none of them were as efficient or prompt as Stacey. She bombarded me with new properties everyday. Also she was replying to my questions out of business hours - which I really appreciated. Thank you for that Stacey - your are a shinny star!

From valuation to completion the team at TPA did everything they could to help us. A number of people worked hard to sell our house, Tom , Chris and especially Cat. We had quite a rollercoaster ride with highs and lows and Cat felt the bumps as hard as we did. Anybody who thinks estate agents just want their money obviously haven't dealt with Cat, she was extremely helpful, understanding and we felt like she was personally involved not just professionally.

I can't recommend the The Personal Agent highly enough. They have done an absolutely fantastic with selling our property. All the staff have been extremely helpful, prompt, sincere and highly professional. They have helped deal with and resolve some slightly difficult issues in our property transaction with a very much "can do" attitude. This makes an extremely refreshing change from all other estate agents which I've dealt with over the years. The Agent was really helpful the day we went into the lettings shop. Stacey was very helpful in answering all our questions, let us viewing a few properties on the computer and we set up a viewing straight away. Stacey was prompt and on time for the viewing and let us have a few minutes alone ib the flat just to discuss privately. Again answered all questions honestly and we felt comfortable to except the flat the same day

The agent is efficient at finding tenants and ensuring that they are checked out financially. They are food at managing payments and good at transitions from outgoing tenants to incoming.

I could not speak higher of the Personal Agent. They were fantastic in every aspect of the sale of our house. Richard came to do our valuation, and the enthusiasm he showed for our property was amazing (it made me wonder why I was selling-he made it sound so good) this and their local market knowledge are what gave me the confidence to choose them as my agent, They had my house on the market within 5 days, and the photographs and marketing material were fantastic/ My house sold within 2 week at the price I wanted to achieve. I had 3 offers to choose from, all from buyers in fantastic positions. I think the Personal Agent did a fantastic job of making sure that the right buyers were seeing our house there were no time wasters only keen buyers. I found everybody in the office to be extremely helpful, especially Tom, Joe & Chris. They answered all the questions I had with professionalism and ease. The sales management process was pain free and efficient; all hurdles were dealt with, with ease. We are now in our new home and couldn’t be happier! I think that the Personal Agent have done a great job throughout the whole of my house sale. I could not recommend them higher, and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work.

I recently purchased a lovely 2 bed house in Elm Gardens and want to thank in particular Sue Boardman and Chris Tichner for their personal help and support. PA are very professional in the way you are treated right from the onset of viewing a property, texting to confirm appointments and as I experienced a difficult exchange and compete on the same day that I moved found it very reassuring having Chris on the phone to me at 8.30 that morning and he helped me through the day by talking with my solicitor and keeping me updated hourly !
