The Personal Agent found me a very suitable tenant in record time, 3 days in fact! I found that Cheryl in Banstead and Ria, Kerrie and the team in Epsom to be very proactive and professional in the marketing and promotion of my property , not only did they secure me a tenant quickly but more importantly the right tenant who met my criteria. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process and I felt confident at all times they were the right agents for the job. Andrew, Richard and Rupert - We've not spoken before but just wanted to send a note to thank Tom and Carlo for their efforts whilst we were looking for a property in Epsom. A few weeks ago we had an offer accepted on 54 xxxxxx and are absolutely delighted with the professionalism that both Tom and Carlo showed every time we had any contact with them. Now we have finally exchanged contracts, I would like to thank you for all the excellent work you did to secure a sale on our property. There are two other people who have been outstanding, firstly Emily at the Stoneleigh office who has been great all the way through, but I must say a very big thank you to Paul from the Stoneleigh office who went above and beyond when we lost our house on the first occasion. He really has been superb, and would you please pass on my thanks to them. I am immensely grateful to them both.
