Now that we are nearing the end of our journey, with completion of our sale on 29 September 2014, we just wanted to express our thanks to you and all your staff.
From the moment that we arranged for The Personal Agent to sell our house, we felt supported and secure in the knowledge that our best interests were being looked after. All the staff who helped us during this process were always polite, well informed and professional in their duties but with a friendly attitude which immediately put us at our ease. No query was too small for their attention and, not having moved in over 40 years, we were obviously unaware of any pitfalls which might occur.
Our house was sold in record time and, thanks to your vetting process, there have been no unexpected delays or problems.

I have just signed up for tenancy of a flat. From the point of contact to the signing has literally been a few days thanks to the efficiency of The Personal Agent. I was particularly impressed with the speed of response to my initial contact requesting information on the flat and the speed of getting a viewing. All in all the standard of service I have received is excellent.

Andrew Burn of Personal Agent proved to be the type of agent we would recommend in a heart beat to any prospective client.
Not only was he enthusiastic and realistic at the beginning of the sale (the easy bit)... More importantly, when things were not going smoothly and the chips were down he was always available at the end of the phone. He offered a sense of calmness and constructive advice at a time when we were at a loss to know the best way forward.
We acted on Andrew's recommendations which proved key to securing the sale. We have very recently completed on our property in Stoneleigh and we could not be happier.

Just a little note to say that buying through you estate agent is much more pleasant than buying from other agencies. Our offer on bridle path has been accepted however, it is really not pleasant dealing with other agents. Your honesty and kind nature makes the purchase such a nice process.

We dealt with Stacey on the viewing of a house on Ormonde avenue epsom. She was very friendly and helpful. She also had a the answers to my questions I had regarding the property. The whole process was not the easiest but I have never seen an agent work as fast hard or efficient as Stacey. Her intentions were always good and I know that she was trying her best to help me. At many stages it seemed as if it was going to fall through due to my house not completing in time but Stacey did a fabulous job at holding together. I really don’t know how to thank her enough. I have already recommended one of my friends to see Stacey as she now has a house that she is looking to rent out.
