I spoke with Mohamed today, he was very polite and courteous, clear communication and didn't waste my time. They did manage to offer me a slight discount without much resistance as the quote wasn't the cheapest and was slightly higher than I expected. This is my second year using RightSure and so far I have no complaints.

Graham Cronk, the senior account manager, answered the phone promptly - I didn't have to wait, and I was not put on "hold" as with most insurance companies! Everything was very clearly explained, and all the questions were as expected. I am delighted with the cost of this car insurance which is ÂŁ200 less than I was quoted by my current insurer! It pays to shop around!
