Rainbow Leisure Centre & Spa operated by Better, the customer facing brand of charitable social enterprise GLL, and in partnership with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council are extremely excited to announce the reopening of the Play Park at the facility.
The Play Park has been closed since March 2020, and will reopen on Thursday 1st October with measures in place to meet high levels of cleanliness, ensuring customers feel comfortable returning. Ball pits will be closed, but all other activities will be on offer to little ones including the dedicated baby area, 4-lane slide, indoor mini sports court and two-storey play frame including 180˚ tube slide.
Bookings can be made either online or via the Better App, with sessions lasting 60 minutes in total and the ability to book at 15 minute intervals to ensure strict ratios are adhered to. Tables will be cleaned down in between customers with a clear green tick (table has been cleaned and can be sat at) or red cross (table has not been cleaned yet and other seating must be selected) to make it easier for customers to navigate with separate entry and exit points. Staff will be in the facility at all times to monitor entry and cleaning will take place at regular intervals during each session by members of staff with an antibacterial fogger being used on all of the equipment each evening to thoroughly cleanse.
You can still grab that much-needed coffee or snack as the café inside the Play Park will be open!

BOOKING VIA THE BETTER APP
When using the Better App (available on Apple and Android) you do not have to be a member but will need to create an account, once logged in select ‘Book soft play’ button and follow the instructions as above.
For both, the customer will need to agree to the terms and conditions of bookings and use of the facility in advance.
