Three amazing Girlguiding Epsom Division girls were honoured at the Mayor’s Young Champion Awards held at the Town Hall last night (Monday 20 May). The Mayor Councillor Neil Dallen launched these awards during his mayoral year to celebrate the great work young people do in the community. Congratulations go to:
Lucy Brick age 11 (1st Ewell Court Guides) who won Young Fundraiser;
Grace Dawson age 8 (1st Ewell Village Brownies) who won Young Hero;
Emily Zoeller age 17 (1st Ewell Village Brownies) who was highly commended Young Volunteer.
The seven categories were Young Carer, Young Fundraiser, Young Peer Supporter, Young Volunteer, Young Team Player, Young Environmentalist and Young Hero.
