When you do your shopping this week please keep in mind the Foodbank – helping people in times of crisis
The Foodbank provides local people with necessities, not luxuries. It allows people to collect the basic necessities they need to live.
I'm happy to say that the first weeks of home delivery have gone very well. Last week in only four days we delivered 43 food parcels, and this week, Tuesday to Thursday, we have delivered 50. Today we have 21 booked deliveries and it isn't yet lunchtime.
Fortunately we have amazing delivery teams who are only too happy to help us in this crisis.
This week 17th April:
DURING LOCKDOWN:
You can safely drop donations at our depot car park Generation Resource Centre, behind West Ewell Primary School, Ruxley Lane KT19 0JG. We are there Monday to Friday 9am until around 2pm. (Not on Bank Holidays)
You could do a collection with some neighbours/friends? We are so grateful for everyone's support.

DO YOU NEED HELP: A reminder: All of our foodbank centres are temporarily closed. We are open, but we are now operating a delivery-only service. If you are in crisis and need a food parcel from us, please contact Citizens Advice, your housing association, the council or your usual agency for a referral code, they will then contact us to organise a food parcel for you.
Any questions, please email us foodbank@generation.org.uk
