A pair of girls ran five miles up and down a road yesterday (Wed 20th) to raise money for Comic Relief.
Grace Bates and Tegan Nickson, both 12, did the challenge on Longmead Road in Epsom after being inspired by watching fundraising efforts on TV.
Grace said: "We got inspired from the telly and really wanted to help."
Of the sponsored run, Tegan said: "Some people gave us a funny look and others cheered us on."
The girls are in Year 7 at Rosebery School in Epsom and have already raised more than £120.
