1st Ewell Village Brownies and Guides held a quiz night at the Cafe and raised £200 which will go towards building a lodge at Little Acres campsite near Horton Country Park. The Brownies and Guides are fundraising for a permanent building which will mean there are indoor facilities at the campsite, including provision for pack holidays to be held on site.
Guide Leader Tracey Pettit said: "We are very grateful to Suzy and her staff for hosting our quiz night and providing the delicious food! We couldn't have done this event without the support of them and other local businesses too including Wild Things florists, Alexanders Furniture, The Famous Green Man, Ewell Nails, Home Sweets Home and The Spring. Thank you to everyone who supported us and all the people who came and enjoyed the event!"
