Initial Appointments
We offer an initial 30 minute consultation free of charge, although do be advised that advice will be limited due to the short amount of time. After having discussed your personal circumstances, Sara will briefly advise you of your options and possible next steps.
Alternatively, for £100 including VAT, Sara will be able to meet with you for at least at hour and run through your options in detail, advise you as to other methods of resolution and inform you about likely costs. The meeting will also cover your rights under section 25 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 in relation to your financial separation.
Cuff & Gough also offer Fixed Fee Services for Undefended Divorces – for both the Petitioner or Respondent.
