CHAINE des ROTISSEURS UK
Thames Valley
Dinner at 143 The Canopy
23rd February
Goof Food good wine and good company – what more can you want from an exceptional evening.
Joyce and Sean at 143 The Canopy , have again excelled themselves with their quality of cuisine and service. They designed the menu and the choose exquisite wines – selected for the 6 dishes.
Starting with a delightful Amuse bouche – cucumber soup & the most delicious fig with feta cheese and mango dressing, through to the beautiful petit four. Every detail was perfect, and the presentation and service, by their friendly and hardworking team was superb.
See the pictures below....
This was a special night as the Chaine des Rotisseurs, of which Joyce and Sean are both members, is an internationally acclaimed gastronomic society. With its origins going back to 1248 – it promotes culinary excellence.
But attending an event with the Chaine – is not just about food, it is also about good company. The members are diverse – some from the culinary industry but many from all walks of life –all enjoying the opportunity to share an evening (or lunch) with exquisite food and interesting and like minded people.
“We are unique in bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide, who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining linked by a wonderful camaraderie.”
It is a membership society but readily welcomes guests to its events, so they can share these friendly occasions and the great camaraderie.
You also get the chance to visit some of the finest restaurants in the country, and indeed the world, as wherever you are, if there is a Chaine group – you are welcome to attend their events.
For more information on Chaine des Rotisseurs visit their WEBSITE or Email Bob Hughes – a member of Thames Valley group.
