A FATHER’S DAY TREAT – A CHANCE TO RIDE IN A FABULOUS SUPERCAR AT THE SUPERCAR EVENT!
Sat 23rd & Sun 24th June
If you are looking for an action-packed day out for Dads and all the family, then The Supercar Event is the perfect choice - ideal for a Father’s Day gift or a special treat! The Supercar Event, formerly known as Dad’s Day Out, takes place on Saturday, 23rd and Sunday, 24th June at Dunsfold Park, Cranleigh, Surrey from 9 am – 5.00 pm, in aid of The Children's Trust. The day will provide exhilarating rides in some of the most famous Supercars, as well as a wide range of activities that will appeal to young and old.
Supercar owners clubs Club Scuderia and Petrolhead Nirvana will offer car enthusiasts a rare opportunity to ride as a passenger on the famous track in an array of fabulous supercars, including Ferraris and Lamborghinis at the home of BBC’s Top Gear. Visitors will also have an opportunity to go for a spin in Caterham Sevens around a specially designed skidpan circuit.
For something a little different, families can take to the skies in a helicopter, or enjoy a ride in a hovercraft, fire engine or land train. Over 500 classic and sports cars will be on static display. Other attractions include rides from The Sporting Bears, and also stunt displays and a car simulator experience. Within the event arena there will be live bands, a wide range of stands and stalls, plus refreshments throughout the day. There will be plenty of entertainment for children, including fairground rides, arts and crafts and face-painting.
Tickets are available now, and advanced booking is recommended. Ticket entry is £25 per day or £35 for the weekend for family of four (children under 16). For further details and other ticket prices – including supercar rides from £25 - visit: www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk/supercarevent
Money raised from The Supercar Event will benefit The Children’s Trust, Tadworth, a national charity that provides care, education and therapy for children with multiple disabilities and complex health needs, and rehabilitation to children with an acquired brain injury. www.thechildrenstrust.org.uk
