A woman whose much-loved cat went AWOL the day before she moved to Germany is desperate for news of her beloved Moo Moo.
The cat went missing from her mother's house in Epsom on January 7, the day before she planned to take the cat abroad to join her husband who is in the armed forces and stationed in Germany.
Michelle Carless had packed up her home in Woodfield Lane, Ashtead, and was staying with her mother prior to her departure.
Her friend Sue Burrow said: "Her mum has put posters up and I have put a posting on a lost animals’ website but no joy.
"It is quite a sad story - she is so upset."
