MAKING MOTHER'S DAY
On Saturday 29 March The Ashley Centre was busy with children making their mums a free special present and card. Staff helped little ones showcase their artistic skills and decorate a heart shaped box and card which they took away to give to their mothers on Sunday.
Centre Manager David Beddows said: “We all know how important mothers are and it was lovely to be able to give children the opportunity to make something special to give to mum at our annual Mother's Day craft event. I’m sure lots of mums were delighted to receive a home made card or present from their child, it’s something unique that is treasured.”
