Milners was initially started by local brothers Brian & Garry Milner, who were both experienced carpet and wood floor layers. The Milner brothers began their business selling from a mobile showroom in 1991.
The success of Brian and Garry’s venture then enabled them to open their first shop on The Street in Ashtead and since then, they’ve gone from strength to strength.
Milners are specialists in matching your home or commercial interior requirements and are known for their slogan ‘bringing style home’. Milners can provide you with carpet, hard flooring, curtains or other textiles for upholstery from a wide range of reputable brands.
Milners are passionate about their local community and regularly contribute to local fundraisers, raffles and fetes. In 2013, Milners joined forces with the Bike Beans Cycle Cafe on the Milners Carpets forecourt in a special celebration for the Tour of Britain, they offered a range of activities including: competitions, refreshments and music. Great believers in supporting fellow businesses in the area, Milners are also sponsoring a category in the Epsom & Ewell Business Awards this year and continue to sponsor Leatherhead Football Club, as they have done for many years.
