The Sunnybank Trust’s hugely popular gift wrapping service in The Ashley Centre this Christmas has meant a whopping £4,150.46 boost to the charity’s fundraising total.
Shoppers were delighted to give the job of wrapping their Christmas gifts to volunteers from The Sunnybank Trust using a beautiful selection of quality paper and ribbon in exchange for a small donation to the charity.
Chief Executive of The Sunnybank Trust Dorothy Watson said: “We are very grateful to The Ashley Centre for giving us this opportunity to raise much needed funds and we are also indebted to Barclays who match funded this amount we raised meaning we have made over £4,000 from the event!”
