A Tadworth dry cleaning business has received a special presentation from The Children’s Trust for raising an amazing £1,714.23 through the sale of Christmas cards in aid of the charity.
Mrs Ronnie Griffiths, who runs the Tadworth branch of Harringtons Dry Cleaners, was presented with a framed ‘thank you’ certificate by Pippa Lloyd Owen, Individual Giving Co-ordinator, at The Children’s Trust. She said: “I would like to thank Harringtons for this achievement as the money they have raised over the years has totalled an amazing £10,590.04, which is fantastic.”
Mrs Griffiths added: “I would like to thank all our customers for their kind support in helping us raise so much money for the Trust.”
