Wildlife

The park is home to a variety of wildlife including many different species of birds, foxes, and grey squirrels. Pipistrelle bats are also thought to frequent the park in the summer.

A local resident has also established an exciting collection of wild flowers, some chosen to attract butterflies, in the top area of the park, cleared especially for this purpose by the Friends of Alexandra Park Group. If you spot an animal, bird or plant of interest, please call or email us, describing your find.
