The site is run by Surrey Waste Management Ltd, on behalf of Surrey County Council, and can be telephoned on 01372 728722.
You may be asked to prove that you are a Surrey resident before using the Centre. Please remember to bring a driver's licence, this year's council tax bill or a recent utility bill and have these to hand when you enter the site. There is no charge for household recycling, household rubbish or small amounts of home improvement waste such as rubble. However, trade waste and large quantities of home improvement waste (exceeding roughly 25kg) are accepted at a cost.
The Civic Amenity Site is open every day except Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
